Do I need to renew every year?
No. All FlowsBuilder plugins are one-time purchases. You pay once and own the plugin — including all future updates — with no renewal fee required.
How many sites can I install on?
The standard license covers a single site. If you need multi-site, agency, or bulk licensing, email us at sales@flowsbuilder.com and we'll put together the right arrangement.
What happens if I need support?
Each plugin has a full buyer's guide in the Help Center. If that doesn't cover your question, email support@flowsbuilder.com and we'll get back to you — usually within one business day.
Is FlowOnboarding included in the bundle?
No — FlowOnboarding is a separate product with its own dedicated site at flowonboarding.com and its own pricing. The FlowsBuilder bundle covers FlowDesk, FlowChat, FlowForm, and FlowWizard.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have trouble getting a plugin working, please email support@flowsbuilder.com first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we genuinely can't help, we'll discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
Can FlowChat and FlowForm be used on the same site?
Yes. They are completely separate plugins with separate namespaces, post types, and database tables. They won't conflict, and you can use both on the same WordPress installation.
Do I need an OpenAI key for FlowChat or FlowDesk?
FlowDesk requires an OpenAI or Anthropic API key for chat responses and content indexing — it is the AI engine. FlowChat's AI features (flow generation, lead qualification, question rewriting) are optional and require an OpenAI key; the rest of FlowChat works without it.
