This Privacy Policy explains how GnK Web LLC (“we,” “us”), trading as Flows Builder, handles personal information in connection with the website flowsbuilder.com and the purchase of our plugins — FlowDesk, FlowChat, FlowForm, and FlowWizard. It does not describe data you collect from your own visitors using the plugins — for that, see “The plugins and your data” below. FlowOnboarding is a separate product with its own policy at flowonboarding.com.
2. Information we collect
When you visit our website
Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and any details you submit through a contact form or newsletter signup, such as your name and email address.
When you buy a plugin
Purchases are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects the billing and payment details needed to complete your purchase. We receive limited order information — typically your name, email, country, and purchase status. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
3. The plugins and your data
Our plugins run entirely on your WordPress site. The flows, forms, leads, and analytics they collect are stored in your own database and are never transmitted to us. As the operator of your site, you are the data controller for that information and are responsible for your own privacy disclosures to your visitors.
4. How we use information
- To deliver, license, and support the plugins.
- To send transactional messages (receipts, download and license details, update and security notices).
- To respond to support and contact requests.
- To improve our products and website.
- To send marketing emails where you’ve opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
