1. Who we are
The FlowsBuilder plugins — FlowDesk, FlowChat, FlowForm, and FlowWizard — and the website at flowsbuilder.com are operated by GnK Web LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), trading as Flows Builder, located at [your registered business address]. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our plugins, you agree to these Terms of Service. FlowOnboarding is a separate product with its own terms at flowonboarding.com.
2. The plugins and your license
Each plugin is a one-time purchase. A standard license covers a single site and includes plugin updates and support for as long as we maintain the product. The plugins’ source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+); your purchase governs access to updates, support, and downloads, and does not restrict the freedoms the GPL grants to the code itself. 3. Payments, billing, and taxes
Purchases are sold by GnK Web LLC and processed securely by Stripe, Inc., which handles checkout, billing, and payment. Purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. We never receive or store your full payment card details. Any taxes required in your jurisdiction may be collected at checkout where applicable.
4. Refunds
If you have trouble getting a plugin working, please email support@flowsbuilder.com first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we genuinely can’t get it working for you, we’ll discuss options on a case-by-case basis. Except where required by law, payments are otherwise non-refundable.
5. Updates and support
While we maintain a plugin, your purchase includes updates and reasonable support. The flows, forms, leads, and settings the plugins store on your own site are never deleted or accessed by us.
6. Acceptable use
- Don’t resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugins beyond the rights granted by your plan.
- Don’t remove, disable, or circumvent licensing or attribution mechanisms.
- You are responsible for how you use the plugins, including compliance with privacy, consent, and marketing laws for any data you collect from your own visitors.
7. Intellectual property
The plugins’ code is provided under the GPL. The FlowsBuilder, FlowDesk, FlowChat, FlowForm, and FlowWizard names, logos, website content, and designs are owned by GnK Web LLC and may not be used without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The plugins and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet every requirement of your specific setup.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GnK Web LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugins or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the plugins or website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
